Our team will review your request and assist you as quickly as possible. If your report is related to your account, transactions, plan activation, or system functionality, we may request additional details such as screenshots or proof to resolve the issue efficiently.

Refund Policy

Please note that refunds are not available for digital financial services, investment plans, or mining operations once activated.

Refund is NOT possible in the following cases:

• The system is functioning correctly but does not match your personal expectations.
• You changed your mind and no longer need the service or plan.
• You found another platform you prefer.
• You decide that you no longer want to invest or use the service.
• The earnings or features did not meet your expectations due to misunderstanding or lack of reading details.
• Your environment, device, or internet connection does not support the platform.
• You have already activated or used a mining plan.
• Digital products and mining plans cannot be refunded once delivered or activated.

Refund is only possible if:

• The service is completely non-functional or does not match the published description.
• You opened a support ticket and received no response within 48 business hours.
• The service description was entirely misleading (which does not occur since we maintain full transparency).
